The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at Victoria Hospitals Foundation, Wilson Block-1952 Bay St, Victoria, BC V8R 1J8
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://rogerslottery.rafflenexus.com/winners on December 17, 2024.
Winner will be contacted by phone by the Victoria Hospitals Foundation.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Victoria Hospitals Foundation or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.
Victoria Hospitals Foundation does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: VHF@islandhealth.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

The number of tickets available for sale in each price range may change, but the overall number of tickets for sale and odds of winning will not change as outlined under Section 11.11 of the Licensed Charitable Gaming Rules
